About the job
Establishment employing around 450 staff to ensure specialised schooling for 27 children and adolescents as well as socio-educational and socio-professional support for 127 adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking
A MSP baker at 70%
Your mission within the bakery workshop:
- Support people with disabilities in the workshop
- Develop the person’s professional project by supporting their autonomy
- Encourage the worker’s self-determination, respecting their aspirations and needs
- Co-manage the workshop and assume the socio-professional follow-up of beneficiaries
- Participate in the production of bakery products
We are looking for:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the food sector, ideally bakery, pastry and/or confectionery
- Several years of experience in a production unit
- If possible, MSP ES training or equivalent
- Confirmed experience with people with neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disability, autism, attention deficit disorder
- Ability to work in a team, with good autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good organisational skills, ability to self-reflect
- A positive, solution-oriented, reassuring and dynamic attitude, punctuality, creativity
- Workshop hours 8:00 am - 12:00 pm / 1:00 pm – 5:15 pm Monday to Friday
- During the baker’s holidays (5 to 6 weeks/year), alternate night shifts from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Good command of written and spoken French
- A driving licence
- A clean criminal record
