Health Specialist EFZ with Vocational Training for the Dementia Nursing Department 60 - 100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Independent responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Vocational training

• You take responsibility for the training of apprentices in the training areas of SRK interns, AGS, FaGe
• You develop this area further together with the person responsible for vocational training
• Participation in the selection of apprentices
• Contact person for the concerns of the various stakeholders (apprentices, parents, vocational school)

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to attend it (paid)
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
