- You independently and solution-orientedly handle complex benefit cases in the accident insurance sector (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ)
- You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives, and other social and private insurers
- You draft demanding correspondence including rulings and conduct telephone conversations on an equal footing
- You work closely with our medical service
- You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive approach

- Solid expertise and experience in case management in accident insurance
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Empathy and team orientation combined with independence and reliability
- Basic medical knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills – French and English are a plus
