Finance & HR Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for accounting and HR in an internationally operating precision engineering environment characterised by a long-standing spirit of innovation. You ensure that financial processes function as precisely as the developed fine blanked parts. In doing so, you contribute to the further development of a consciously nurtured, cross-generational corporate culture. In your area of responsibility, you combine structured, professionally sound work with a clear focus on sustainable business success. Through your commitment, you strengthen a central pillar of today’s success.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for financial accounting, asset accounting, and cost accounting
- In this role, you prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- As head of accounting and HR, you lead the management report and further develop it
- You support the budgeting and forecasting process including validation
- In this role, you act as the contact person for audits, banks, authorities, and external partners
- As head of accounting and HR, you are responsible for personnel administration, payroll processing, and the further development of HR processes
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and further business management training
- You bring several years of professional experience in finance and industry within an SME environment
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and IT as well as pronounced analytical skills
- You convince with social competence, discretion, and assertiveness
- You think in networks, act entrepreneurially, and are enthusiastic about procedural and operational issues in financial and cost accounting
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
