Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is a regionally rooted, owner-managed real estate company. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership in the residential and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a varied portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership including residential and commercial properties.
You responsibly and professionally manage customer care as well as communication with caretakers and authorities.
You organise and lead owners' meetings with confidence.
In your daily work, you maintain a responsible collaboration with employees and trainees and actively contribute to the further development of property management.
Qualifications:
In addition to the federal certificate of competence in property management, you have a commercial basic education in profile E or M or a completed apprenticeship in the construction sector with a supplementary commercial school certificate and commercial flair.
You bring at least four years of professional experience in the real estate industry after completing your apprenticeship.
Independent thinking, entrepreneurial action, and a professional appearance characterise you.
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and enjoy customer contact as well as leading meetings. Additional language skills are an advantage.
You hold a valid category B driving licence.
