For one of our clients, an industrial company, we are looking for a Management Controller at 80-100%.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• You analyse the variances between actual and forecasted figures
• You monitor industrial costs
• You contribute to the implementation and improvement of dashboards
• You take part in monthly closings and group reporting
• You support operational teams in performance analysis
• You contribute to the optimisation of management control processes

You offer your new employer

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or management control
• You have initial experience in industrial management control
• You are proficient in Excel and reporting tools
• You demonstrate rigour, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• You are able to understand industrial and operational challenges
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
