Role:

As a curious and passionate technology professional, you confidently navigate the Microsoft 365 suite – from SharePoint Online through Teams and Entra ID to the Power Platform. In this role, you take on requirements gathering, conception, and realisation of solutions and projects, translating complex issues together with customers into simple, business-supporting solutions. You place value on comprehensive documentation, work agilely in a team, and develop customer-specific solutions both independently and collaboratively. Regular exchange with customers, developers, and experienced technicians is part of your daily routine – as is the joy of constantly discovering new things.


Responsibilities:

  • You contribute your expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite – SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Planner

  • You take on requirements gathering, conception, and realisation of solutions and projects in SharePoint Online, Teams, and the Power Platform

  • You break down complex issues and translate them together with the customer into simple, business-supporting solutions

  • You document your work comprehensively and transparently

  • You work in a team with agile methodology and develop customer-specific solutions both independently and collaboratively

  • Additionally, you regularly coordinate with customers, software developers, and experienced technicians


Qualifications:

  • You have a completed degree in computer science/business informatics or an IT vocational training with comparable qualification

  • You bring experience in the implementation and consulting of Microsoft 365 projects and know SharePoint Online from an administrator’s perspective

  • Ideally, you have solid PowerShell knowledge including script creation as well as interest in the Microsoft Graph API and other integration interfaces

  • You have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, possibly Power Virtual Agents)

  • You present yourself professionally, enjoy working with people, and are enthusiastic about close customer consulting as well as coaching and workshops

  • You think solution- and team-oriented, work proactively and independently, and have good German and English skills in spoken and written form
