Role:
In this role, you will apply your commercial training purposefully and use your technical flair to competently support Abacus applications. You convince with your communicative, independent manner and a strong customer orientation, efficiently and solution-orientedly handling enquiries. Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head and always maintain an overview. Thanks to your quick comprehension and networked thinking, you quickly familiarise yourself with complex contexts. You present yourself openly, dynamically, and team-oriented, contributing to constructive collaboration.
Responsibilities:
You are part of a support team and ensure competent assistance with questions and problems related to Abacus.
You resolve simple enquiries and faults directly at the 1st level, while professionally preparing more complex cases and coordinating their further processing.
You document all processes transparently in the ticket system and take over administrative handling including performance recording and invoicing.
You ensure ongoing monitoring of support tickets, maintain internal solution documentation, and further develop the knowledge base.
You participate in user training and ensure compliance with defined SLA requirements in daily business.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and possess good technical understanding as well as an interest in digital applications.
Good knowledge of Abacus applications enables you to independently handle support cases and professionally assist users.
Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or software support is an advantage.
You work in a structured manner, think in networks, and can quickly classify even more complex matters.
You communicate clearly and solution-orientedly and keep an overview even with several parallel enquiries.
