To support our continuous growth and embody our passion for innovation and excellence, we are looking to recruit a 100% STRUCTURAL WORKS CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER within our dynamic team at the Satigny (GE) branch.

Your mission

• Organise, lead and supervise your construction sites

• Act as the link between the client and the construction project, respecting technical, financial objectives as well as deadlines and QSE quality standards

• Plan and organise the sites to allocate the right human and material resources

• Monitor and control the execution of works to ensure impeccable quality and budget compliance

• Manage team leaders and foremen on site and ensure communication between the sites, branch management and other departments

Your skills

• You hold a recognised diploma as a Construction Site Manager, HES/EPF Engineer or equivalent training

• You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a construction site manager

• You are known for your cross-functional and inspiring leadership, adaptability, assertiveness and interpersonal skills

• You enjoy challenges and are committed to quality work
