Responsibilities

• When you manage the Convenience / Meat / Fish department, you have a clear focus: the needs of your customers.
• Every day, you are competent and motivated to serve our demanding customers.
• Adhering to quality standards is a given for you.

• You always have the key performance indicators under control and if problems arise, you respond accordingly.
• You ensure daily that the sales area is inviting and the shelves are always stocked.

• You lead your team and create the staff deployment plan.

Requirements

• Completed sales training? Then you are ready for this job.
• Show us in your dossier that you have leadership and industry experience.
• You are always cheerful and present yourself in sales just as you are.
• Working hours? You are very flexible.
• You have a very good command of German – both spoken and written.
