For our client – a successful Swiss traditional company in the field of building envelopes (roofing, wall and sealing technology) with over 120 employees – we are looking for an initiative and empathetic personality for the location in the Oberaargau region, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Mission:

• Employee Lifecycle A–Z: You support and accompany employees appreciatively throughout the entire HR cycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
• Payroll & Time Management: The monthly hours control as well as the independent, precise handling of the entire payroll process reliably lie in your hands.
• Interface & Consulting: You act as a competent contact person for social insurances, authorities and external partners.
• Team Spirit & Culture: You organise internal training sessions as well as team events and contribute significantly to strong cohesion.
• Projects & Future: You actively contribute to the development, elaboration and implementation of modern HR projects.

• Completed commercial basic training as well as several years of solid professional experience in the HR field.
• Further training in human resources (e.g. HR clerk or HR specialist) is a strong plus.
• Strong numerical flair, quick comprehension and analytical thinking. Discretion, initiative and high social competence characterise you.
• Confident handling of MS Office (experience with the industry software Sorba is an advantage).
• Genuine enjoyment of daily interaction with people from various professional groups and cultures; additional foreign language skills are warmly welcomed.
