Role:
Our client is an internationally active construction company and part of an established corporate group. The company realises demanding projects in various areas of construction and combines long-standing experience with modern technologies, high expertise, and a clear quality standard.

Responsibilities:
You accompany construction projects from an economic perspective and ensure meaningful technical and project-related controlling.
For the project teams, you prepare work calculations, cost analyses, and relevant project key figures and support economic management.
Through target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and post-calculations, you identify action and optimisation potentials early.
You are responsible for monthly reports and evaluations, support budget planning, and participate in subcontractor and supplier awarding.
The review of calculation key figures as well as the continuous optimisation of existing processes also belong to your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
With a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field, you meet the professional requirements.
You have solid professional experience in project controlling, technical controlling, or a comparable function in the construction environment.
A good understanding of numbers and commercial thinking characterises you as well as your analytical and structured way of working.
You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently in German, work reliably in a team, and are willing to travel within Switzerland.
