Reporting to the Production Manager, you contribute to the industrialisation and smooth running of surface treatment activities, playing a key role in methods, tooling, and order feasibility.
Specialising in high-precision surface treatments, this company develops innovative solutions based notably on PVD and ALD technologies in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Responsibilities
- Create, update and manage work instructions.
- Verify the technical feasibility of new customer orders.
- Design and optimise fixtures in CAD (SolidWorks).
- Prepare, monitor and manage production tooling: design, manufacture, compliance, stock and renewal.
- Ensure the availability of machine targets, gases and technical resources necessary for production.
- Produce detailed drawings required for the manufacture of fixtures.
- Collaborate with Sales on the feasibility of customer requests.
- Collaborate with Maintenance on equipment stocks and the implementation of maintenance processes for PVD and ALD equipment.
- Supervise the production of fixtures internally or externally.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma as a ES Technician in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft 365.
- English spoken and written, level B1.
- Experience in microtechnology: an advantage.
- Methodical, rigorous, autonomous and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good writing and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
