Construction Manager (Senior) Building Construction

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Construction Manager (Senior) Building Construction. In this role, you will independently manage construction projects and ensure a clean implementation on site. You can expect a varied project environment with new builds, renovations, and demanding construction projects.

Tasks

• Overall coordination of construction execution
• Management of schedules, costs, and quality during realisation
• Coordination with clients, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Inspection of work on site and ensuring professional implementation
• Support and professional leadership of the administrative project assistance

Profile

• Training as a technician HF in construction planning architecture or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management in building construction
• Confident presence on site and in communication with project participants
• Independent, well-organised, and forward-looking working style
• Decisiveness, sense of responsibility, and pragmatic problem-solving
