In collaboration with our client, a healthcare company in the Bern region, we are seeking by arrangement a Financial Accounting Clerk 60-80%. The institution combines medical expertise with research and development and places great value on interprofessional collaboration. Your tasks with the new employer
- In this role, you are responsible for accounts receivable accounting including invoicing, dunning, and maintenance of debtor and patient data
- The correct posting of business transactions as well as managing payment transactions and liquid funds are part of your daily work
- You support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as the expansion of reporting and the internal control system
- If necessary, you take on deputy roles within the finance team and mentor commercial apprentices in your field
You offer your new employer
- You have completed commercial training and are ideally pursuing further education in accounting at the clerk level
- You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting, with experience in accounts receivable and dunning being advantageous
- You communicate fluently in German and are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel
- You convince through a structured, analytical, and independent working style as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility and appreciate exchange with various stakeholders
