The Cantonal Health Centre Appenzell ensures high-quality healthcare and care in old age for the population of Appenzell and Innerrhoden.
Chefs and cooks at the Appenzell Health Centre are an essential part of our kitchen team and contribute significantly to healthy, high-quality, and enjoyable gastronomy – both for the residents, the patients, and the guests of the public restaurant Findling.
For our kitchen team, we are looking for a Junior Chef / Cook EFZ 70 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the high-quality and hygienically impeccable preparation and presentation of cold and hot dishes
- Co-responsibility for the consistent implementation of hygiene rules and the hygiene concept
- You look forward to contributing creatively to events and functions and bring your own ideas
We expect
- Successfully completed vocational training as a Chef / Cook EFZ
- Independent, motivated, and proactive personality
- Responsible way of thinking and acting
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Strong service orientation
