What to expect:

• You advise and support managers and employees in operational people matters

• You act as a trusted People Partner in both German and French for the French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland

• You independently manage and process all people processes

• You support the recruitment and onboarding process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, including conducting interviews on site

• You identify and develop talents

• You support change processes and promote a positive corporate culture

• You participate in people projects and contribute your ideas

• You analyse HR data and derive appropriate measures

What you bring:

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as a HR specialist with a federal certificate of competence or a degree with a focus on Human Resources.

• You already have professional experience in a similar role and are strong when it comes to building and maintaining relationships.

• A pronounced "People Value Creation" attitude, empathy, flexibility and networked thinking characterise your working style.

• You use proven as well as new technologies purposefully (AI, SuccessFactors, SAP, etc).

• In addition, you bring English skills and mobility throughout Switzerland.
