Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your impact

• You take on the consulting and support of managers and employees in Northwestern Switzerland
• You actively exchange ideas with managers on topics such as development, release, conflict resolution, compensation & benefits as well as occupational health issues
• You participate in HR projects and contribute to the further development of personnel processes

What makes you successful

• You have a solid education or further training in Human Resources (professional certificate, university of applied sciences degree)
• You bring six to eight years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner
• You are well versed in labour law and use this knowledge pragmatically and solution-oriented
• You convince with your entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• You know the challenges of a decentralised matrix organisation and have the HR foresight (future-oriented and proactive)
• You actively seek exchange with line managers
• You are open to change and support the further establishment of our team
• You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of English and French is an advantage
