For our client, an established company in the construction and craft sector with over 100 employees, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed HR Manager 80–100%. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for operational human resources and actively contribute to the further development of the HR department. The workplace in Oberaargau is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently manage the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• You will reliably carry out the monthly payroll processing and time tracking and act as a contact person for social security matters
• You will independently organise training and internal events and support employees with administrative HR questions
• You will actively plan and implement HR projects and contribute ideas to optimise existing processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in human resources
• You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role as well as experience in payroll
• You have very good German skills as well as good MS Office skills and ideally experience with Sorba; foreign languages are an advantage
• You are an independent, discreet and resilient personality with analytical thinking skills and high social competence
