For our client, a Switzerland-wide organisation in the education and service sector, we are looking for an HR Generalist 80–100% to start immediately or by arrangement. The organisation is undergoing an exciting transformation process and offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of HR. The workplace in the Bern area is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently manage the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle and ensure a high quality of administrative HR processes
• You actively support payroll and fee processing and act as deputy within the team
• You competently manage social insurances, maintain personnel master data in the HR system and coordinate communication with external bodies
• You drive the digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes, participate in HR projects and support the training of apprentices in the HR area

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education with further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• You have several years of professional experience in personnel administration as well as sound knowledge in payroll and social insurances
• Very good German and French skills as well as experience with MS Office and ideally Abacus complete your professional profile
• You are an independent, responsible and solution-oriented personality with a flair for numbers and a structured way of working
