The company operates in the health and social care sector in the Bern region. We are currently looking for an HR Manager 80-100% for the organisation. Your tasks with the new employer

• Take overall responsibility for operational Human Resources management with the support of a part-time HR employee
• You manage all HR processes from recruitment through to support and personnel development
• Together with management and executives, you develop practical HR solutions, provide competent advice on all personnel-related issues and actively accompany organisational changes
• You are responsible for managing the entire payroll administration including social insurance, withholding tax and annual financial statements
• You continuously analyse existing HR processes, develop them purposefully and effectively contribute your experience in cross-departmental projects and organisational development

You offer your new employer

• You have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or have a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role as well as sound knowledge in payroll, Swiss social insurance and labour law; leadership experience is a plus
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident handling of common HR systems and digital applications enable you to work professionally and efficiently
• Personally, you convince through integrity, discretion, strong social skills, an independent working style as well as a high service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
