In a dynamic team, you will take responsibility for international shipping processes, customer support, and administrative tasks along the entire order chain. - Ensuring timely order and delivery processing
- Maintenance and management of relevant export and import documents
- Telephone support for customers and suppliers
- Performing administrative tasks as well as master data updates
- Experience in internal sales and international shipping processing required
- Solid knowledge of customs formalities and transport logistics desirable
- Confident communication in German and English, French an advantage
- Experienced in using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
