Polymechanic / Mechanic - Equipment Construction (m/f/d)

For our renowned business partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated Polymechanic / Mechanic - Equipment Construction for a temporary assignment of 12 months with the option of extension.
You can expect a technically demanding role in a professional production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork matter.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assemble instead of just watching: You assemble components and complete systems according to clear manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure quality: You inspect the assembled devices and ensure everything functions perfectly.
• Document precisely: You record your assembly and inspection work electronically or on paper.
• Find solutions: You identify deviations, correct them within your competencies, or involve the responsible specialists.
• Think ahead and improve: You contribute ideas to continuously optimise workflows and quality.
• Achieve goals together: You work closely with your team and help ensure production targets are met on time.

Must-Haves

• A completed technical education, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic, bicycle or motorcycle mechanic, or plant and apparatus builder
• Enjoyment of technical devices, mechanical assemblies, and precise assembly work
• Good PC user skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• A careful and quality-conscious working style
• Quick comprehension and the ability to understand technical contexts
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
