Role:
The company is an internationally active service provider specialising in real estate and the professional operation of buildings and technical systems.

Responsibilities:
Independent management of residential and commercial properties.
Monitoring market and tenancy law developments.
Active support of new and existing tenants as well as comprehensive rental contract management.
Negotiation and drafting of commercial and supplementary rental contracts.
Conducting inspections and handovers of rental properties and supporting tenant fit-out projects.
Preparation and review of detailed heating and operating cost statements.
Preparation of reports as well as forecasting, budgeting and planning with result responsibility.
Leadership and coordination of administrative staff, caretakers and service providers.
Qualifications:
Qualification as a real estate manager with a federal certificate of competence or ongoing training.
Several years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties.
Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial rental contracts.
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
Good IT skills (MS Office, GREM) and driving licence (B) and vehicle.
