Clerk Emergency Department (50-60%)
Your tasks – our position
- Personal reception of patients in the emergency department
- Administrative admission, processing of patient data and creation of documents
- Ensuring a complete cost guarantee (clarification of insurance conditions)
- Co-designing processes and optimising internal working methods
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration (including nursing, doctors, security service)
- Communication and coordination
Your skills – our requirements
- Commercial basic training or good knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- German or French mother tongue with very good knowledge (oral/written) of the other language. English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Organisational talent and speed with repetitive tasks
- You are team-oriented and flexible, your attitude is service-oriented, you have good social skills and a strong quality awareness
- You enjoy varied work and human contact with patients and medical staff
- You are willing to work weekends, nights and public holidays
