Then, as a Property Manager (m/f/d), you will not only manage residential and commercial properties but also directly shape the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our clients. The position offers high development potential with the prospect of advancing to team leader and is available by arrangement.
- Independent commercial and technical management of high-quality residential and commercial properties
- Monitoring developments in the rental market and tenancy law
- Active support of new and existing tenants as well as comprehensive lease management
- Effective vacancy management including follow-up leasing
- Negotiation and preparation of commercial and supplementary lease agreements
- Conducting property inspections and handovers as well as supporting tenant fit-out projects
- Preparation and review of detailed heating and operating cost statements
- Development of solution-oriented proposals for clients
- Creation of meaningful reports
- Forecasting, budgeting, and planning with result responsibility
- Leadership and coordination of assigned clerks and caretakers or FM service providers
- Handling special tasks and participating in projects
Requirements
- Successful completion as a certified property manager with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties as well as in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, annexes, and amendments
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office programmes, possibly REM)
- Charismatic appearance and strong social skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Valid driving licence and own car are required
