Building IT Technician Specialising in Telecommunications (M/F)

Fed Engineering is a recruitment agency specialising in engineering professions in Switzerland.

Our client, a company active in deploying telecommunications solutions for professionals and individuals, is looking for a 100% Telecommunications-Oriented Building IT Technician.

- Install and maintain IP network infrastructures (notably Ubiquiti)
- Deploy IP telephony solutions (VoIP / 3CX)
- Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity faults
- Apply best practices in cybersecurity
- Support clients and provide technical assistance

- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a telematics technician, building IT technician or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of IP networks and VoIP (3CX is a plus)
- Autonomous, flexible and customer service oriented
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
