Welcome Isabelle and advise her on her daily banking operations, advise Mehdi on the available services to facilitate his payments, or assist Sarah in opening a youth savings account for her son … On a daily basis, you welcome, guide, and advise customers as best as possible to meet their needs and simplify their banking experience.
You join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognized among our advisors
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
· Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers
· Helping customers manage routine banking operations and developing their autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
· Offering advice by recommending products and services tailored to each customer's needs (savings accounts, cards, remote banking …), which will allow you to gradually build a portfolio of individual clients
· Analyzing your clients' financial situation and the risks associated with the operations and investments you propose
· Participating in promotional campaigns and taking on commercial challenges

You hold a Bac+3 degree in banking, finance, or commerce.
