Claims Officer Performance Management UVG Complex (all)

- Independently handling long-term accidents and occupational diseases in the area of compulsory accident insurance according to UVG as well as supplementary insurance VVG from A to Z
- Assessment of claims and payment of insurance benefits as well as support for injured persons up to pensioning
- Carrying out all necessary clarifications and, if necessary, seeking solutions for our customers
- Targeted and active management of benefit cases as well as close cooperation with Care Management
- Maintaining lively contact with our customers, legal representatives, doctors and experts as well as cooperation with social insurances, especially with disability insurance

- Completed commercial or medical training as well as professional experience in the field of accident insurance (UVG) or experience related to pension calculation
- Social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
- Social and communication skills
