Job Description

• Telephone advice for new and existing customers
• Sale of internet, TV, mobile and landline subscriptions
• Processing cancellations and regaining existing customers (retention)
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monday to Saturday: 5 working days per week, between 08:00 and 19:00, Saturdays: between 09:00 and 17:00, depending on deployment planning
