What can you achieve?
• Leading a production team of around 7 employees
• Planning production and personnel deployment
• Responsibility for a smooth, efficient production process
• Planning and processing manufacturing orders in the ERP system
• Participation in optimisations, process improvements, and future expansion projects
To succeed in this, your profile includes:
• Training as a miller
• Leadership experience in production
• Technical understanding and a practical mindset
• Experience with ERP and Office tools
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and down-to-earth working style
