Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SCM), you redesign processes in supply chain and logistics. You advise clients on national and international projects and bring your experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You take on the professional leadership between the specialist department, development and project management. The role is exciting due to the variety of industries and the close proximity to the client.
Responsibilities:
You provide professional advice to clients on implementing their requirements in the area of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
You are responsible for implementation, introduction and customising in projects
Furthermore, you document requirements and design individual adaptations together with development and project management
You moderate workshops and conduct training for key users and end users
Additionally, you participate in presales activities in the logistics environment
You also support clients after go-live and optimise ongoing processes
Qualifications:
You bring several years of consulting experience with ERP systems, ideally in the environment of Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
You are familiar with processes in logistics, purchasing and production from practical experience
You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner, always with a focus on the client
Furthermore, you convince with team spirit, initiative and a pragmatic can-do mentality
You tackle new topics and technologies independently
You communicate confidently in German and manage well in English
