Job Description

• Recruitment of skilled workers in the fields of construction, secondary construction trades and mechanics
• Building a pool of employees for large projects
• Maintaining the CRM
• Conducting interviews and forwarding them internally to the appropriate consultants
• Searching for accommodation and organising everything related to assignments
• Translations and assistance in supporting our temporary employees

We expect

• Experience in telephone acquisition and recruitment of skilled workers (construction, secondary trades, mechanics, etc.)
• Very good German skills and very good knowledge of at least 3 of the following languages: Polish, English, Slovak, Hungarian, Portuguese and/or Spanish
• Open and likeable personality with drive
• Resident in the Basel region
