This is what you can achieve.
- As Project Manager: Track, you take overall project management of exciting and challenging track renewals (key projects on SBB’s top routes). In multi-projects, you are responsible as specialist project manager for the track department.
- You are responsible for quality, safety, as well as adherence to costs and deadlines, and proactively advocate for economical solutions.
- Your responsibilities include all project phases from study or preliminary project to realisation. You work closely with external planning offices and internal railway technology specialists, applying both conventional methods and Building Information Modelling (BIM) methods.
- You ensure coordination of project staff from various railway technology disciplines within the projects and lead commissioned external engineering offices and companies.
- An important part of your role is communication and collaboration with clients, authorities, offices, residents and other stakeholders.

- You have good coordination skills as well as a proactive and motivating attitude. Furthermore, you work reliably and independently, are solution-oriented, resilient and gladly take on responsibility.
- You are well versed in planning and project management through your accumulated experience. You also bring knowledge in railway technology, especially in the track area and/or in track civil engineering.
- Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering (ETH/University or University of Applied Sciences) and have already gained several years of professional experience in track civil engineering planning and project management or in local construction management in track civil engineering.
- You have negotiation-level written and oral communication skills in German (at least C1 spoken and written) and ideally have knowledge of French.
