Automation Technician in Internal Assembly
Activities
- Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components according to technical documents
- Independent assembly, wiring and adjustment of Loadmaster loading systems according to customer requirements
- Carrying out commissioning, tests (including software and endurance tests) as well as system acceptance according to test protocol
- Preparation, packaging, transport securing and loading of the systems for shipping
- Technical interface for development and support as well as occasional assignments at the customer’s site
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. automation technician, electrician or mechanical profession)
- Several years of experience in the assembly of machines or systems
- Knowledge in wiring and ideally basic knowledge in hydraulics
- Basic knowledge of English for training international service technicians
- Structured, precise working method with high quality standards as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
