Health Centres for the Elderly
Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our team in medical therapy at the Witikon and Riesbach Health Centres on a fixed-term basis for at least 6 months, starting immediately or by arrangement?
Tasks
- You will support the therapists and staff from various therapeutic areas in caring for our residents.
- You will assist with group activities in physio-, ergo- and activation therapy.
- You will independently conduct simple training sessions or physical treatments.
- You will support the team with administrative tasks.
- You will accompany outings and events and assist in the day centre with the care of our residents.
Profile
- Completed secondary school level A or B
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Responsible, reliable and precise way of working
- Neat appearance and good manners

The Health Centres for the Elderly of the City of Zurich are one of the largest geriatric institutions in Switzerland. We are the leading service provider in the elderly care sector – with expertise, heart and a comprehensive range of services from a single source.
The Witikon and Riesbach Health Centres are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in districts 7 and 8. The Witikon Health Centre for the Elderly combines various care and support services under one roof. The Riesbach Health Centre for the Elderly is entirely focused on the treatment, care and nursing of people with dementia. The secure facility offers peace, security and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
