To complement our wonderful team in our specialised residential home Haus Röteli, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer 60-100%
Your tasks
You are responsible for the practical training of our FaGe apprentices and HF students
You plan and coordinate the training offers according to the framework curriculum and our training concept in cooperation with the Tannenberg training network
You can actively contribute to the development of the training area
You take on holistic care and support as well as individual assistance for residents with a mental illness, addiction disorder, or multiple diagnoses
You accompany our residents in their individual daily structure and promote their independence in all areas of life
You handle demanding situations with our residents calmly and with a professional, caring approach
Your profile
You have completed tertiary education as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or FH and have at least two years of professional experience
You have completed vocational pedagogical training of at least 100 hours or are willing to complete it
You enjoy sharing your knowledge as well as coaching and training our apprentices and employees
You score with your independent, responsible, and committed way of working
With your motivated, proactive, open, and humorous nature, you inspire your future team and become part of our wonderful corporate culture
