Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our Windows, identity, and cloud infrastructure and continuously develop it further.
You manage technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and modern endpoint platforms.
You implement infrastructure and security projects and also take on technical sub-project responsibility.
You analyse complex faults and system problems and manage them from root cause analysis to sustainable resolution.
You automate recurring processes with PowerShell and develop standards for efficient and reliable IT operations.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education (EFZ, HF, FH) or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in operating and engineering Microsoft environments.
You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management from practical experience.
You ideally have experience with PowerShell, monitoring, software deployment, PAM, or modern management platforms.
You work analytically, independently, and in a structured manner and feel confident with complex 2nd- and 3rd-level issues.
