Our client is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to oversee the operations of a European distribution centre and ensure a high level of logistics performance. You will manage teams, optimise processes, and contribute to continuous improvement to guarantee quality service to customers.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all logistics operations: receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping, and e-commerce flow management.
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped within deadlines while optimising costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, systems, and warehouse organisation.
- Collaborate with business teams to develop and enhance B2B and e-commerce logistics solutions.
- Lead, support, and develop an operational team by fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Participate in logistics projects and lead process reengineering initiatives.
- Contribute to the training and development of employees, including apprentices.
- Work closely with other team leaders to improve overall site productivity.
Candidate Profile
You meet the following profile:
- Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in warehouse management, distribution centres, or complex logistics operations in Switzerland.
- Good command of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP environments.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong skills in process optimisation and logistics flow organisation.
- English B2, fluent in French or German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a transversal and constantly evolving environment.
