Your future field of responsibility

Welcoming, seating and professional advising of guests
Accepting reservations
Preparing the service station
Active recommendation and sale of drinks, seasonal offers and suitable dishes
Professional preparation of drinks according to recipe
Participation in the development of new cocktails and the design of the drinks menu
Ensuring an appealing presentation of the bar and guest area
Professional handling of guest requests and complaints
Acceptance, inspection and proper storage of goods
Support of events and group reservations in the bar area
Carrying out room service orders
Cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment and work tools
Carrying out opening and closing tasks in the bar area
Close cooperation with kitchen, reception and other service areas
Correct posting and billing with the cash register system (Simphony)
Checking and replenishing stock as well as supporting orders and inventories
Compliance with and implementation of the Mövenpick Guest Experience Quality Standards
Training of new employees and mentoring of trainees
Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards (HACCP / COVID) of Mövenpick and Accor
Participation in F&B meetings

Your profile

Preferably a completed training in hospitality / gastronomy
First experience in the service area
Extensive knowledge of drinks with a focus on cocktails, long drinks, spirits, wine
Guest-oriented demeanour
Natural friendliness
Reliability and high resilience
Flexibility and team spirit
Motivation and determination
Very good German skills as well as good English skills (additional foreign language advantageous)
