ICT Systems Technician: Network & Telephony 80-100% - Shape the Virtual Telephony of Tomorrow
What awaits you:- You install, configure and maintain modern telecommunications and network systems
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly for the customers; service, maintenance and support of telephony systems as well as smaller IT networks are part of your daily routine
- Malfunctions? No problem! You tackle them independently and find quick, practical solutions
- As a competent contact person, you advise customers on technical questions and keep your work well documented
- You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development of the product portfolio
- Completed training as a telematics technician, IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge or great interest in the installation and configuration of modern telecommunications and network solutions
- Ideally experience with 3CX and Ubiquiti or other virtual telephone providers
- Strong customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Age: 25 - 45 years young (due to the existing age structure in the team)
- Driving licence category B
