Accounting & Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will take on a responsible and varied position in finance and accounting, working directly with the head of finance. Responsibilities:
You will be operationally involved in financial, asset, and accounts payable accounting
You will independently manage accounts receivable in coordination with other departments
You will participate in year-end closing tasks as well as periodic evaluations
You will prepare VAT returns
You will contribute to various projects and the further development of the ERP system
You will be the contact person for banks, insurance companies, authorities, and external parties
You will support administrative tasks, the further development of manuals, and the assurance of the internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
You have further training in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an SME environment
You are proficient with ERP systems, ideally Abacus
You are characterised by an analytical mindset as well as a structured and precise way of working
You bring high initiative, a quick grasp of new concepts, and strong teamwork skills
