You are responsible for the stable operation and further development of the technical application landscape (including PDM, CAD, ALM).
In this role, you analyse business requirements and develop sustainable, practical solution concepts in close collaboration with departments and key users.
You manage incident, problem, and change management and plan, coordinate, and execute releases.
You support and optimise application interfaces to ensure smooth system integration.
You actively participate in IT projects and play a decisive role in shaping the further development of the system landscape.
In this role, you coordinate and manage external partners and ensure efficient collaboration as well as training and support for users.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education or training
- Several years of experience in the operation, support, and further development of technical applications in the engineering environment
- Practical experience with systems such as Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Polarion, or similar solutions
- Sound knowledge of IT service management as well as release, change, and interface management
- Strong analytical and interconnected thinking combined with a structured and independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills as well as a communicative, consultative, and solution-oriented hands-on mentality
