Specialist Coordination Product Development and Requirements Analysis (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 135,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape product development and ensure that professional requirements are clearly, completely and feasibly defined. You take responsibility for analysing and prioritising requirements and translate complex professional needs into understandable, structured specifications. You coordinate the interface between departments, development and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth alignment. You accompany the entire lifecycle of requirements – from the initial idea through conception to successful implementation – keeping quality, benefit and efficiency in view. Through your structured approach and understanding of processes and products, you contribute significantly to realising powerful and user-oriented solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog in close coordination with stakeholders.
- In this role, you translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- As specialist coordination for product development and requirements analysis, you gather, analyse and document technical and professional requirements including interfaces and system dependencies.
- You model and optimise end-to-end business processes with a focus on efficiency and technical feasibility.
- In this role, you coordinate professional alignments between departments, the development team and external partners and moderate workshops as well as process analyses.
- You accompany UAT and approvals, ensure professional correctness before go-live and actively identify process and system weaknesses.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, ideally in the software development environment.
- Solid experience in developing web applications, working with databases and distributed systems, complemented by programming skills (ideally in PHP).
- Confidence in using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as GitLab, Jira or Confluence as well as experience in agile product development and project implementation.
- Routine in conducting requirements workshops, moderating interdisciplinary teams and in process modelling and optimisation (e.g. with BPMN).
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, high personal responsibility, agile mindset as well as very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
