Your mission:
You ensure the reliability and compliance of measuring equipment as well as critical systems on site. As a true technical reference in metrology, you contribute to the performance of the facilities by carrying out calibration, requalification and metrological maintenance activities throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Your tasks:
- Carry out calibration and requalification operations of production, laboratory, utilities, technical infrastructure and warehouse equipment.
- Plan and coordinate metrological interventions with the various departments on site.
- Ensure the follow-up of the calibration programme and guarantee compliance with defined deadlines.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, adjustment, troubleshooting and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Update the technical documentation associated with the equipment and ensure complete traceability of interventions.
- Record and monitor activities in maintenance and metrology management systems (CMMS/EAM).
- Analyse deviations, technical investigations and out-of-tolerance results, then propose appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external service providers and supervise their interventions on site.
- Participate in improvement projects, equipment optimisation and facility modernisation.
- Write and maintain procedures and work instructions related to metrology activities.
- Ensure the application of GMP requirements as well as compliance with HSE rules during all interventions.
Your profile:
- Technical training (CFC or equivalent) in instrumentation, automation, maintenance or metrology.
- Proven experience in metrology within a GMP environment.
- Good knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements and equipment qualification processes.
- Experience using maintenance management software (CMMS/EAM) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is an asset.
