In this position, you ensure the reliable operation of modern heat pump systems and support customer installations from commissioning to long-term maintenance. You independently carry out service calls, analyse technical faults, and implement sustainable solutions for repairs and optimisations. As a competent contact person for customers, you contribute with your expertise and commitment to high system availability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, and technical inspections of heat pump systems in the Zurich region
Performing service work, revisions, and repairs as well as systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting
Diagnosing and optimising systems in the areas of control technology, hydraulics, and thermal systems
Ensuring efficient and reliable system operation through professional on-site interventions
Advising customers and selling suitable services and technical products
Digitally recording and documenting completed work using tablet-based service tools
Participating in the on-call service according to the deployment plan
Continuous development of expertise through training and technical further education
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electrician, electronics technician, refrigeration system mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, heating installer, or comparable technical education
Experience in heat pump technology, building technology, control systems, or hydraulics is an advantage
Technical understanding of complex energy and heating systems
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
High quality awareness as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional demeanour
Willingness for continuous further training
Good physical resilience and practical readiness for deployment
Residence in the relevant region and category B driving licence
Fluent German language skills
