- Research, development and continuous optimisation of electronic sensor and measurement systems
- Development, construction and testing of sensor prototypes
- Planning and execution of experiments, long-term measurements and technical analyses
- Development and optimisation of test, trial and calibration systems
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues in the field of sensor technology and electronics
- Creation and further development of electrical schematics and printed circuit board layouts
- Technical support and further development of existing products and production processes
- Support of production as a competent contact person for electronic and sensor-related issues
- Evaluation of new technologies as well as active participation in innovations and system improvements
- Ensuring high quality standards within your own area of responsibility
- Completed training as an electronics technician EFZ or comparable technical education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of electronics
- Solid and broad basic knowledge of electronics
- Experience in sensor technology, measurement technology, testing technology or calibration is a great advantage
- Knowledge in the development and construction of electronic circuits and systems
- Programming skills, for example in VBA, Delphi, Python, LabVIEW or comparable technologies, are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills as well as enthusiasm for research, development and technical challenges
- Very precise, structured and quality-conscious way of working
- High initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to engage intensively with complex topics
- Team-oriented, down-to-earth and positive personality without pronounced "silo mentality"
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
