These are your tasks

• You process registrations, applications, offers and enquiries.
• You advise and provide information by telephone and e-mail.
• You plan and organise appointments and events.
• You handle postal mail and electronic incoming mail.
• You process orders from order receipt to dispatch of aids and record items in the order portal.
• You help check and keep stock levels up to date.
• You organise commercial apprenticeships taster sessions.
• You record invoices, create payment runs and check incoming payments.
• You rotate through departments (Customer Service, Purchasing & Online Sales, Finance) and thus gain a varied insight into different tasks.

• You are communicative, articulate (oral and written) and enjoy foreign languages (English & French).
