What is my role?

• Coordination of the operational team: You are the central point of contact for your employees in day-to-day business and provide support with professional questions

• Management of operational processes: You coordinate the daily workflows and ensure a smooth flow of goods

• Leadership and promotion of the team: You actively lead your employees, support them in operational business and ensure their motivation

• Operational participation: You work in all areas of logistics and actively contribute as part of the team

• Improvement of processes: You contribute to the optimisation of workflows and participate in logistical projects

• Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with the department management and their deputy

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in logistics or comparable qualification

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to develop into a leadership role

• Organisational talent and structured way of working

• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively participate in operational business

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic logistics environment

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
