Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an institution in the field of psychiatric care with over 30 employees at the Winterthur location, we are looking for an experienced leader as Head of Controlling for the Finance and IT Directorate. You will take over the leadership and further development of the controlling team and be responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning. In this role, you advise the clinical departments on business management issues and work closely with management and executives.
Responsibilities:
You lead and further develop the controlling team
You are responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning
You analyse and prepare financial and performance indicators
You develop management information systems and controlling instruments as well as cost, contribution margin and performance accounting
You prepare decision-making bases for management and leadership bodies
You advise the clinical departments on business management issues and participate in strategic and organisational projects
You promote understanding of financial contexts and ensure transparent, target-group-appropriate reporting
Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You bring several years of senior-level experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare
You have already gained professional leadership experience
You have very good German language skills (C1)
